Taralli

The tarallo, a typical Apulian product, has ancient peasant origins and comes from the union of simple and genuine ingredients such as flour, water, oil and salt. With its characteristic ring shape of small dimensions (about 3.5 cm) it has conquered the tables of all Italy occupying over time also an important space in the new trends of the third millennium. Following the traditional recipe, natural spices were added to obtain tasty variations.
